This section concerns the first actions onboard and communication between the Master of the vessel and the Search and Rescue Mission Coordinator (SMC) in the Rescue Coordination Centre (RCC) when there is an indication of a possible maritime incident where Hazardous and Noxious Substances (HNS) are involved.
